Passport Program and Clubs

Welcome to Passport and Passport Clubs!

My name is Eve Frazer and I am the Director of the Elementary Passport Program and the Preschool & Elementary Passport Clubs.  St. Benedict's Passport Programs and Clubs have been developed to provide a fun, safe, comfortable, and exciting place for children to spend their afternoons.  We are here to provide quality childcare and enrichment activities that promote healthy and happy interactions among children from various ages.

What is the difference between the Passport Program and Passport Clubs?

The Passport Program is available from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 - 6:30 p.m.  and provides before and afterschool care for St. Benedict's Episcopal Day School students.  The fee is $4.75 per hour and there is a one-time, $20 registration fee.  St. Benedict's students who are enrolled in the Passport Program may participate in a Passport Club at an additional fee.  Click here for more information and for registration forms.

Passport Clubs are special activities held after regular school hours.  Topics range from music club to Spanish club to Tae Kwon Do Club.  Each session offers different kinds of clubs and some repeats.  Classtimes range from 45 minutes to an hour depending on the club.  All clubs are open to St. Benedict's students, as well as students from other schools.  Fees vary per club and t there is a $20 registration fee (waived for children enrolled in the before or afterschool program).  More information and registration documents will be posted soon.

What is the Sign-Out Policy?

We ask that all parents of Passport children sign their children out with one of the Passport teachers.  This is extremely important for it reduces confusion about who has been picked up and when.  Occasionally parents may miscommunicate about picking their child up and both arrive at different times.  This process allows us to know when children are picked up and by whom.  This ensures the safety of the children and assists the teachers in maintaining an accurate count of remaining students at a glance.

What is the best way to handle a planned or unplanned absence (sick)?

If your child is sick or will be absent  from his or her attendance at Passport, please send a note, an email or call.

What are the Pick-up Procedures?

If you are picking up your child after carpool, please park and come into the building to gather your child and their belongings.  After Club dismissals we will implement a carpool line.  PLEASE follow the construction guidelines, traffic flow and PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY, for everyone’s safety.
